Sec. 1103.109. CONTRACTS WITH GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES FOR CARE AND TREATMENT. (a) The board may contract with a county or municipality located outside Swisher County for the care and treatment of a sick or injured person of that county or municipality. (b) The board may contract with this state or a federal agency for the treatment of a sick or injured person for whom this state or the federal government is responsible.
