Eligibility Requirements For Registration

Sec. 1103.303. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION. A person is eligible to register with the board if: (1) the certification and licensing program under which the person is certified or licensed by another state has not been disapproved by the Appraisal Subcommittee; and (2) the person's appraisal business in this state does not exceed six months.
