Penalty To Be Paid Or Hearing Requested

Sec. 1103.5012. PENALTY TO BE PAID OR HEARING REQUESTED. If the person accepts the executive director's determination, or fails to respond in a timely manner to the notice, the board by order shall approve the determination and order payment of the recommended penalty, impose the recommended sanction, or both.
