Commingling

Sec. 1104.024. COMMINGLING. Life insurance policy proceeds received by a trustee under this subchapter may be commingled with any other assets properly coming into the trust. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 2, eff. June 1, 2003.
