Sec. 1104.114. REIMBURSEMENT FOR SERVICES. (a) The board shall require a county or municipality located outside the district to reimburse the district for the district's care and treatment of a sick or injured person of that county or municipality. (b) On behalf of the district, the board may contract with the state or federal government for that government to reimburse the district for treatment of a sick or injured person.
