Sec. 1107.058. COMPENSATION. A manager serves without compensation, but the board may establish a system and set the amount of meeting fees for attending board or committee meetings. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2015.
