Sec. 1107.069. RETIREMENT PROGRAM. The board may: (1) contract with this state or the federal government as necessary to establish or continue a retirement program for the benefit of district employees; or (2) establish other retirement programs for the benefit of district employees as the board considers necessary and advisable.
