Sec. 1109.052. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE. (a) To serve as a manager, a person must be a resident and qualified voter of the district. (b) A district employee may not serve as a manager. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2015.
