Sec. 1109.059. ASSISTANT DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR; ATTORNEY. (a) The board may appoint an assistant district administrator and an attorney. (b) The assistant district administrator and the attorney serve at the will of the board and receive compensation as may be determined by the board.
