Sec. 1109.154. FISCAL YEAR. (a) The district operates according to a fiscal year established by the board. (b) The fiscal year may not be changed: (1) when revenue bonds are outstanding; or (2) more than once in a 24-month period. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff.
