Sec. 111.088. COMMISSION RELIEF. After proper notice and hearing as provided by law, the commission may relieve any common purchaser from the duty of purchasing petroleum of inferior quality or grade. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2584, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
