Sec. 111.14. OFFICERS. The board shall elect one of the members chairman. They shall elect any other officers they deem necessary. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 3270, ch. 1024, art. 1, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1971.
