Sec. 111.188. ANNUAL RATE HEARING. The commission shall hold a general hearing once each year for the purpose of adjusting rates to conform to the basis of rates and charges provided in this subchapter. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2589, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
