Sec. 111.401. DEFINITION. In this subchapter, "well wastewater" means water containing salt or other substances produced during drilling or operating oil and other types of wells. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 6, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
