Sec. 1110.055. NOTICE OF ELECTION. At least 10 days before the date of a directors' election, notice of the election shall be published one time in a newspaper of general circulation in Val Verde County. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2015.
