Sec. 1110.111. CONTRACTS WITH GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES FOR CARE AND TREATMENT. The board may contract with: (1) any county or municipality located outside the district's boundaries for the care and treatment of a sick or injured person of that county or municipality; and (2) this state or a federal agency for the treatment of a sick or injured person.
