Sec. 1111.054. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE. A person may not serve as a manager unless the person is: (1) a resident of the district; and (2) at least 18 years of age. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2013.
