Sec. 1113.061. EMPLOYEES. (a) The board may employ a general manager and other necessary professional and clerical personnel. (b) The title of the general manager hired by the board may be president. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2015.
