Sec. 1115.061. ATTORNEY. (a) The board shall appoint a qualified person as the attorney for the district. (b) The attorney serves at the will of the board and receives the compensation determined by the board. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2015.
