Maintenance of Records; Public Inspection

Sec. 1116.059. MAINTENANCE OF RECORDS; PUBLIC INSPECTION. Except as provided by Section 1116.053, the board shall: (1) maintain all district records, including books, accounts, notices, minutes, and other matters of the district and the district's operation, at the district office; and (2) make those records available for public inspection at reasonable times.
