General Duties of District Administrator

Sec. 1117.060. GENERAL DUTIES OF DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR. (a) Subject to the direct control and responsibility of the board and any limitations prescribed by the board, the district administrator shall: (1) supervise the work and activities of the district; and (2) direct the affairs of the district. (b) The board must confirm the appointment of a person employed by the district administrator. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2015.
