Sec. 1120.103. RULES. The board may adopt rules governing: (1) the operation of the hospital and hospital system; and (2) the duties, functions, and responsibilities of district staff and employees. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 893 (H.B. 4212), Sec. 1, eff. June 18, 2015.
