Sec. 113.162. HEARINGS. Any hearing or proceeding under this chapter shall be subject to the provisions of the Administrative Procedure and Texas Register Act. Amended by Acts 1979, 66th Leg., p. 2031, ch. 799, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1980.
