Sec. 1131.003. CERTAIN WHOLESALE, FRANCHISE, OR EMPLOYEE LIFE INSURANCE AUTHORIZED. A wholesale, franchise, or employee life insurance policy may be issued or delivered in this state only if the policy: (1) covers a group described by Section 1131.065; and (2) complies with Subchapter P.
