Certain Policies and Plans Unaffected

Sec. 1131.758. CERTAIN POLICIES AND PLANS UNAFFECTED. This subchapter does not impair or otherwise affect: (1) a policy issued before August 28, 1961; (2) a plan of wholesale, franchise, or employee life insurance in effect before August 28, 1961, if the plan was legal on the date policies were issued under the plan; or (3) a policy issued on a salary savings franchise plan, bank deduction plan, pre-authorized check plan, or similar plan of premium collection.
