Surplus

Sec. 1151.059. SURPLUS. An industrial life insurance policy that is a participating policy must provide that the insurer shall annually determine and apportion any divisible surplus accruing on the policy. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 2, eff. June 1, 2003.
