Sec. 1153.006. FILING FEE. (a) The department shall set and collect a fee for a form or schedule filed under this chapter in an amount not to exceed $200. (b) Fees collected under this section shall be deposited in the Texas Department of Insurance operating account. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 2, eff. June 1, 2003.
