Sec. 1153.101. FILING OF SCHEDULE OF RATES. An insurer shall file with the commissioner each schedule of premium rates relating to a document required to be filed under Section 1153.051. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 2, eff. June 1, 2003.
