Sec. 1153.153. EVIDENCE OF INSURANCE. Credit life insurance or credit accident and health insurance shall be evidenced by an individual policy or group certificate of insurance. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 2, eff. June 1, 2003.
