Sec. 1155.004. CONSIDERATIONS IN AUTHORIZING COMPENSATION. In determining whether to authorize compensation for a guardian under this subchapter, the court shall consider: (1) the ward's monthly income from all sources; and (2) whether the ward receives medical assistance under the state Medicaid program.
