Expense Charges: Requirements

Sec. 1155.103. EXPENSE CHARGES: REQUIREMENTS. All expense charges shall be: (1) in writing, showing specifically each item of expense and the date of the expense; (2) verified by affidavit of the guardian; (3) filed with the clerk; and (4) paid only if the payment is authorized by court order.
