Grant of Application

Sec. 1158.153. GRANT OF APPLICATION. If the court grants an application for the sale of livestock, the court shall: (1) enter an order to that effect; and (2) authorize delivery of the livestock to a commission merchant described by Section 1158.151(a) for sale in the regular course of business.
