Report; Passage of Title

Sec. 1158.154. REPORT; PASSAGE OF TITLE. The guardian of the estate shall promptly report to the court a sale of livestock, supported by a verified copy of the commission merchant's account of the sale. A court order of confirmation is not required to pass title to the purchaser of the livestock. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 823 (H.B. 2759), Sec. 1.02, eff. January 1, 2014.
