Sec. 116.083. RELEASE OF EXCESS SECURITY. If the securities pledged by a depository to secure county funds exceed the amount required under this chapter, the commissioners court shall permit the release of the excess. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
