Notice

Sec. 117.114. NOTICE. Once each week for at least three consecutive weeks before the date the contract will be awarded, the county judge shall place over the judge's name in a newspaper published in the county a notice that the commissioners court intends to make the contract. A notice shall also be posted at the courthouse door of the county. Added by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 1, Sec. 17(b), eff. Aug. 28, 1989.
