Sec. 118.020. BRAND REGISTRATION. The fee for "Brand Registration" under Section 118.011 is for registering a brand, including indexing, searching the records, and issuing the certificate. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
