Sec. 118.132. SERVICE OF PROCESS FOR APPELLATE COURT. A sheriff shall collect the same fee for service of process issued by the supreme court or a court of appeals as the fee provided for service of process issued by a district court. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
