Sec. 118.144. COPY OF CHECK OR OTHER RECORD. The fee for "Copy of check or other record" under Section 118.141 is for each copy made of a page or part of a page of records, orders, checks, or other papers on file or of record in the treasurer's office. The fee applies to both certified and uncertified copies. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
