Sec. 12.205. POWERS OF THE DEPARTMENT. The department may: (1) provide a toll-free telephone number for use of the public in reporting violations of the game and fish laws to an office of the department that has employees on duty 24 hours a day; and (2) establish procedures for voluntary donations to the operation game thief fund to be collected and sent to the department.
