Sec. 1201.052. TIME OF EFFECTIVENESS AND TERMINATION. An individual accident and health insurance policy must state the time the insurance takes effect and the time the insurance terminates. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 3, eff. April 1, 2005.
