License Fees

Sec. 1201.056. LICENSE FEES. (a) The board shall establish fees for the issuance and renewal of licenses for: (1) manufacturers; (2) retailers; (3) brokers; (4) salespersons; and (5) installers. (b) The board by rule may establish a fee for reprinting a license issued under this chapter. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff. June 1, 2003.
