Registration

Sec. 1202.005. REGISTRATION. On receipt of documents required by Section 1202.003(b)(2) from the attorney general, the comptroller shall register: (1) the public security; and (2) the record of proceedings. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
