Time For Bringing Action; Pendency of Other Proceedings

Sec. 1205.025. TIME FOR BRINGING ACTION; PENDENCY OF OTHER PROCEEDINGS. An issuer may bring an action under this chapter: (1) concurrently with or after the use of another procedure to obtain a declaratory judgment, approval, or validation; (2) before or after the public securities are authorized, issued, or delivered; (3) before or after the attorney general approves the public securities; and (4) regardless of whether another proceeding is pending in any court relating to a matter to be adjudicated in the suit.
