Sec. 1206.021. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter, "issuer," "public security," and "public security authorization" have the meanings assigned by Section 1201.002. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
