Sec. 121.025. REMOVAL FROM OFFICE. A health authority may be removed from office for cause under the personnel procedures applicable to the heads of departments of the local government that the health authority serves. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
