Review and Examination of Additional Material

Sec. 122.065. REVIEW AND EXAMINATION OF ADDITIONAL MATERIAL. (a) The secretary of state shall review additional information in support of an application and examine the modified system or equipment submitted. (b) The secretary may approve the modified design by written order if the design satisfies the applicable requirements for approval. (c) If the secretary does not approve the modified design, the secretary by written order shall require an examination of the modified system or equipment by independent examiners.
