Sec. 122.352. POLICY. It is the policy of this state to not interfere with the interstate commerce of hemp or the transshipment of hemp through this state. Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 764 (H.B. 1325), Sec. 2, eff. June 10, 2019.
