Sec. 123.036. VENUE FOR OFFENSES. Venue for prosecution of an offense under this chapter is in the county in which the offense was committed. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 728, Sec. 45, eff. Sept. 1, 1993. SUBCHAPTER C. ANNUAL VOTING SYSTEM REPORT
