Sec. 1232.051. TEXAS PUBLIC FINANCE AUTHORITY. The Texas Public Finance Authority is a public authority and a body politic and corporate. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
