Sec. 125.305. ACCOUNT TRANSACTION INQUIRIES. The credit union is not required to inquire of a trustee the reason for a transaction or the intended use for money withdrawn or borrowed. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
